Rental Properties...
We began building new construction rental properties in 2008. We felt there was a need in the rental market for a Single Family Rental Home that is quality built, energy efficient, and affordably priced. We have been successful, and have had wonderful tenants that have been in our homes for many years. We currently have one single family rental home and a duplex. Our rental properties are managed by Matthew Strenke with MTS Property Management.
